Sealant for air-dry clay to help you finish the air-dry clay pieces made with our air-dry clay kits.
The sealant gives the finished air-dry clay piece a nice sheen and will make them more resistant to the elements, but they still will not be water proof.
Sealant is essentially liquid glue so pieces made with air-dry clay and then sealed cannot be used with water or food. They will remain NOT food safe and NOT 100% water proof.
You will receive 1 small bottle of sealant (around 50ml) and a sheet with instructions on how to use it (the instructions are in German and English). 50ml really goes a long way!
IMPORTANT: even if you apply sealant to the clay, pieces made with air-dry clay are NOT water or food safe. They should be use for decorative purposes only.
